Hi Liza , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I embarked on my construction career upon relocating to California 13 years ago. Captivated by architectural plans and design, then transitioned from a passion to a profession.
Over the years, I’ve now established my own remodeling company, earning a General B contractor license, and a roofing company, holding a C-39 roofing license.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Pursuing both a General B license and a C-39 roofing license meant countless hours of studying, navigating complex regulations, and pushing through challenging exams—all while juggling the demands of a full, busy life.
There were late nights, early mornings, and more than a few moments of doubt!!
Now as the owner of my own remodeling and roofing companies, I reflect on the tough road with gratitude because I am paving my own path of success in a male dominated industry!
