Hidden Gems: Meet Lucas Monari of Monari Mobile Notary Service

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lucas Monari.

Hi Lucas, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
First of all, thank you for the opportunity to share my story with the intention to inspire others out there.

Since I was a child, I always dreamed of being my own “Boss”.

When I turned 19, I decided to take things to the next level instead of just dreaming about it; with not a lot to start, just the will to give it all I had, I took action. I was not sure what the future of my success would hold, but I knew I had to do it, I had to push myself to my fullest potential, and most importantly out of my comfort zone.

Almost four years into starting my own business, I have learned many things but the biggest lesson is that things don’t always go as planned, so as much as I need to stay faithful and diligent to my success, I also remain flexible and open to change and other opportunities. This has led me to many clients who became more than clients, but also friends, mentors and future business partners.

My goal in the beginning was all about money, and that’s okay. My mentor John once said, “If that is what is going to make you take action then so be it!” Once you see results, you’ll be happy you started.

I am proud to say I have built my successful business from only my stamp and my will to succeed, as my business grows and as I become more experienced, I know there will be more challenges and bigger obstacles but now I know on the other side of this difficulties is more knowledge and more success. I am better equipped and less apprehensive to hit things head on.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It has not being a smooth road, it is like a run at the beach… there is hard sand and soft sand, they both have their unique challenges. It will always be up to you if you suffer or learn from the challenges.

I believe the most difficult challenge was changing my mindset, this was my biggest downfall when I started. The way my brain was programmed was not how I was going to achieve greatness, I had to do something different, I had to change my perspective and shift my awareness.

I started to read books and meditate/reflect on my life to shift my perspective and really figure out my purpose and calling, in this process I was faced with a lot of my own downfalls and as anyone knows, it is not easy looking at your own flaws or the flaws of your work, but on the other side of this discomfort is success and that is the goal, the purpose.

We’ve been impressed with Monari Mobile Notary Service, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a Notary Public, my business is a mobile notary business, so essentially I make getting pressing documents taken care of very easy for my clients. Prior to starting my business, I worked in multiple industries that required notaries, so knowing how sought after they were I realized that I could make the process of notarizing documents much easier than the process already was, I could go to them anytime and anywhere. I am a Loan Signing Agent as well, I know these documents like the back of my hand, I find pleasure in helping my clients as quickly and as diligently as possible because I know more than anyone else how much relief comes with a document being finalized. I rarely have a client I can’t help, whether it be a time, or place or financial reason they may be apprehensive, I always find a way to be of service to my clients. My brand and my company are my priority, I value my reputation and my ability to be of service. I would like all my future clients to know that I am an open book full of knowledge and ready to serve you, and if you are unsure if my services, please reach out to me and if I cannot help you, I am confident I am able to find a way that I can or someone who can.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I love sports and adventure, surfing is everything for me.

I love the fact that during winter, I am able to hit the slopes at Big Bear Mountain and sunset session at Scripps, this experience is priceless and I highly recommend it.
