Today we’d like to introduce you to Luis Arrenquin.
Hi Luis, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started part-time in Real Estate still working as a truck driver for a cement company. Did a couple of transactions part-time and worked on saving up money to transition into real estate full time and right the day before I was going to put in my two weeks notice to quit my 9-5 the lockdown happened so I decided to stick with it for a little while longer then in January of 2021 I pulled the trigger and did a total of 11 transactions working with a team. I just recently became a solo agent
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
No, almost in every real estate transaction there has been some sort of bump on the road. From tenants refusing to move out to title issues that might prevent the sale to be completed but my team was always there to help me see it through.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I think what has set me apart from everyone else is that I’m really patient with my clients and I work tirelessly until we meet the goals they have set with my in regards to real estate.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I think luck is all about perception and attitude. If you run into a setback or roadblock and you see it as an opportunity to grow and learn from the experience, then it is no longer a setback.
