Hi Mario, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Started out of necessity back in Nov 2018. The idea had been planted many years prior, but necessity forced us to take action and actually get the ball rolling. We were working full-time, so did what we could before and prior to our regular full-time job. We used social media and all its offerings to our advantage by promoting in local groups on Facebook, Nextdoor, and IG. We locked in our first customer soon after and slowly started building our client list. Majority of our business has been referral based and continues to be.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As much as we would like it to be, it has not been a smooth road. Being new business owners, we have come across many challenges. From working sunup to sundown and the sacrifices that come with that. We’ve also struggled with finding help to grow the business as we are looking to expand. Growth is a great thing to have, but nonetheless it does come with its own set of challenges. We are currently working on navigating through those challenges and learning along the way…

We are a full-service family-owned mobile detailing company. We provide detailing services to all automotive makes and models. We provide everything from a basic wash to more complex services like ceramic coatings as well as paint corrections. Our brand is family and community-driven, and we show that in our social media presence, interactions with our clients, and the way we carry ourselves. We are a small business and as such support and promote as many local small businesses as possible.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success to me means being able to create something that allows you to provide for your family and actually enjoy doing it day in and day out.
