Today we’d like to introduce you to Saif Elbanna
Hi Saif, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I have been in the construction industry since 2004, it all started after I graduated college in my architectural design degree and decided to transition into the building side of the industry as I found out it’s a passion of mine, not just see these designs on paper, but actually see them built in reality.
I’ve been involved in major projects all over the world, and I’m very proud and humbled by the opportunities that were given to me by my peers and teams that I worked for, however, as my family is the focal point of everything I do in my life I realize that it is about time that I created a long lasting legacy for my family that one day could continue from generation to another, and that is when the idea to form a local boutique type construction company in San Diego was for.
The idea behind Antoon Construction Services is to provide Construction Services both for residential and commercial projects, with emphasis and focus on client first transparent and quality deliverables that can live forever.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Similar to any start up, the challenges that we faced when we first began in 2020 was the efforts that needed to be put in to put our name and our promise in front of clients when they compare with other well established firms in the industry.
However, with slow steady and preplanned steps plus focus on growth with quality deliverables, we were able to make a statement and put our name in the top of the list.

Antoon Construction Services is a boutique residential and commercial construction services firm that operates out of San Diego California.
Established in 2020 we have been providing quality construction services to both residential and Commercial Client, including public sector
By providing top quality exterior and interior, Construction Services, we were fortunate and successful to deliver top-tier residences and commercial outlets to our client.
The team specializes in overcoming design challenges working with clients to bring their vision to life well within their intended budget with a very detailed schedule that is either met or more often beat
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I come from a long line of construction professionals and one of my fondest memories was on my dad took me to one of his construction sites for the first time and how excited I was to see all those big construction equipment operating in the field.
