Hidden Gems: Meet Samantha Conboy of Highest Health Homeopathy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Samantha Conboy

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Like so many of us, my recovery journey began with frustration. I had chronic bladder infections, hormonal disturbances, and a stressful relationship with food. I went doctor after doctor seeking answers, and each of them provided the same solution—there wasn’t a whole lot they could do except put me on medication. The thought of spending the rest of my life on medications didn’t really appeal to me.

I’ve always been a problem solver, never wanting to take “no” for an answer especially when something didn’t make sense to me. I mentioned to my friend that I needed to find a homeopath which is funny because I don’t even know how I knew that word or what I thought I meant! She knew one and the rest is history.

I found solace that I had not found elsewhere with homeopathy. My bladder issue disappeared. My period returned after a span of more than a year. My overall state of health dramatically changed. It wasn’t symptom management—it was a completely different modality of healing. After that experience, I decided to go back to homeopathy school because I wanted to help others feel like they have a choice about their health.

During COVID, one of my family members entered an eating disorder treatment center and came in contact with the Principle of Intuitive Eating. The more I heard about it, the more I realized I needed to find peace around my eating. I fully embraced the practice and am now helping others free themselves from diet culture and body shame. Nothing is better than witnessing a client finally at peace with food after decades of an adult life not feeling that way.

Lastly, I’ve recently been using Bach Flower Remedies and found yet another tool that had a profound effect—not just on myself, but on my clients as well. The results have been wonderful. One of my clients orders my Zzzs sleep blend three bottles at a time because she never wants it gone!

What had been my own desperate quest for answers has evolved into a calling of helping others discover the comfort, balance, and freedom that had once been beyond my reach. Today it is my pleasure and privilege to help heal—naturally, holistically, and in a truly lasting manner.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Great question!

No, the road hasn’t always been smooth. Like many healers, my journey has been shaped by challenges, growth, and moments of deep self-reflection. One of the biggest struggles was overcoming the skepticism that sometimes surrounds holistic healing. Early in my career, I often felt the need to prove the validity of homeopathy and intuitive eating, especially to those who were deeply ingrained in conventional medical approaches. Learning to stand confidently in my knowledge and trust the transformations I witnessed in my clients was a journey in itself.

Another challenge was navigating the emotional weight of this work. Helping people heal from years of food struggles, body shame, and emotional pain can be incredibly rewarding, but it also requires deep empathy and resilience. I had to learn how to hold space for others while also protecting my own energy—something many healers and caregivers can relate to.

And of course, building a practice in this field comes with the same struggles any entrepreneur faces—figuring out how to reach the people who need me, balancing the business side of things with my passion for healing, and continuously learning and evolving so I can serve my clients in the best way possible.

But despite the challenges, I wouldn’t trade this path for anything. Every struggle has deepened my understanding, strengthened my commitment, and reinforced why I do this work. Seeing people reclaim their freedom, trust their bodies, and find peace with food makes every hurdle along the way completely worth it.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My practice is centered around holistic healing and empowerment, blending classical homeopathy, Bach Flower remedies and intuitive eating counseling to help clients find balance in their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

How I Work
I take an individualized, client-centered approach, recognizing that no two healing journeys are the same. Whether someone is struggling with chronic health issues, emotional eating, or body image concerns, I focus on the root causes rather than just the symptoms. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where people can reconnect with their bodies, trust their inner wisdom, and break free from patterns that no longer serve them.

Services I Offer
🌿 Classical Homeopathy – I use gentle, natural remedies to support the body’s innate ability to heal. Homeopathy is powerful for chronic conditions, stress-related symptoms, and emotional well-being.
🍎 Intuitive Eating Counseling & Workshops– I help clients break free from diet culture, overcome emotional eating, and rebuild a peaceful, intuitive relationship with food. This work is especially meaningful for those who have struggled with chronic dieting, binge eating, or body shame.

Who I Work With
I primarily support women who feel trapped in cycles of dieting, emotional eating, or body dissatisfaction, as well as those looking for natural, holistic solutions to chronic health issues. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted by years of trying to “fix” their bodies or health, and my role is to help them rebuild trust in themselves while offering tools for lasting well-being.

My Philosophy
I believe that healing is not about control—it’s about connection. Whether through homeopathy or intuitive eating, my work is about helping people reconnect with their bodies, listen to their inner wisdom, and cultivate self-compassion.

I also enjoy collaborating with other practitioners to bring health and healing to more people. I’m excited to be co-hosting an event with Marni Goldberg, LMFT, LPCC, on April 19th called Coping with Emotions with Intuitive Eating and Mindful Self-Care. The journey isn’t always easy or a straight line, but it’s always worth it.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
If I had to choose just one quality that has been most important to my success, it would be deep empathy. Helping people heal—whether from chronic health struggles, emotional eating, or body image issues—requires more than just knowledge and expertise. It requires truly seeing people, understanding their pain without judgment, and creating a space where they feel safe enough to open up and heal.

Empathy allows me to meet clients where they are, without pushing them toward unrealistic expectations or quick fixes. It helps me guide them with compassion, patience, and trust, knowing that true transformation takes time. Beyond empathy, resilience has also been key. This journey hasn’t always been easy, and there have been moments of doubt and challenges to overcome. But my passion for this work and my belief in my clients’ ability to heal have kept me moving forward. At the end of the day, success in this field isn’t just about knowledge—it’s about connection, trust, and the ability to truly listen. When people feel understood and supported, that’s when the real healing begins.
