Today we’d like to introduce you to Sydney Norvell.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Myla & I grew up in Southern Oregon and were exposed to the Real Estate world at a young age. We always had admired our mom’s passion & hard work ethic when it came to finding people temporary or forever homes. When we made the move to California, we decided it was time to follow in our moms’ footsteps and pursue our careers in Real Estate.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There are always bumps in the road, but that that is how you learn and grow. Being new to California & earning the communities trust which we had in Oregon, having grown up there, has been a challenge for us. We are working to earn the trust of our community though working at the High School & establishing ourself in the professional community.

We are proud that we are involved in the community as we both coach at Oceanside High School. Myla Coaches both the boys’ and girls’ volleyball team. Sydney has started the Women’s Wrestling team and coaches both men and women wrestlers.
