Today we’d like to introduce you to Liz Oz.
Hi Liz, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I founded my business in 2012, after my completing studies in Multimedia, Design and Production as well as Advertising and Branding. I spent five years working for digital marketing agencies, learning the agency life before starting my own business. I love the challenges of being a small business owner, my day-to-day is never the same, and I have developed a variety of skills I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to establish otherwise. In December of this year, I was brought on as Head of Marketing for alwaysAI, a computer vision startup located in Cardiff. I will be working with them on developing their brand strategy, bringing their platform to market, deliver successful marketing campaigns, and drive user engagement.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Finding new, and keeping a steady stream of business/clients was always one of the most difficult tasks involved with being a small business owner.

We attract clients because we love what we do, and we have fun doing it, and it comes through in all the work that we do.
What makes you happy?
I love to help startups and small businesses define their brand voice and then see the results from our services reflected in their businesses. It also makes me so happy mentoring junior creatives to develop and succeed in their career paths.
