Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The biggest obstacle was getting my foot in the door as an outsider to the industry and proving myself and the value my service, this continues to this day. When I first started in this crazy business, cell phones and computers were not a thing. I would have to sit by the phone from 8am-9pm, making calls and waiting for return calls, a game of cat and mouse. There was no running out to get a coffee, go to the gym during lunch or happy hour with friends, I had to be there so I would not miss anything. All submissions for acting and modeling jobs were done manually no such thing as an electronic submission. I was basically a prisoner on my office. Then came the digital revolution and the information age, I had no clue how to navigate any of this. I had always had a secretary for admin support, but those days were over. Thank goodness for my younger clients that became my technology tutors, it was was an uphill battle but I finally grasped it. Then the smart phone, it changed everything for all of us.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
Risk presents opportunities for adventure and meaningful change in ones life, it would not be as exciting without it. Leaving corporate America with a steady paycheck to open my own business in the entertainment industry with no experience in the field. Everything I have achieved I did myself with the successes of my talent. I do not consider myself a huge risk taker, but I never wanted look back wonder what if, could I have really made a name for myself and had a meaningful impact on the lives of others. Both of my bothers are very successful entrepreneurs, so there must be something in our blood. The greatest risk in life may not be taking any risk at all.
