Hi, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
The concept of driphouse iv club, was originally curated by Beth and Amber whilst living in Australia. Both working fulltime in their respective medical fields for over 10 years, they had a strong desire to combine their strengths to build and create a mobile IV hydration company. Whilst travelling through San Diego, it was evidently clear that Encinitas was going to be the home-base for the company, after falling in love with the community, people, environment and identifying a gap in the local market for affordable, mobile IV hydration.
They relocated to Encinitas in mid-2023, joining forces with Medical Director Dr Visal Nga and after 10 months of research, developing and branding, driphouse iv club became a reality in April 2024. Curating and cultivating a community and audience of clientele grew organically through network events, local meetups, door dropping and social media engagement. Now, 1 year into operations the ethos remains the same – continuing to provide affordable healthcare with premium products, service and special attention to detail for each client experience.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The startup phase prior to launch was a challenge – it can be isolating as small business owners in a new town. Surrounding ourselves with other local entrepreneurs who encouraged our vision and inspired us to keep going was crucial.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are a locally owned, boutique mobile IV hydration company based out of Encinitas. We service all of San Diego and surrounding areas, providing a white-glove concierge service.
Our services are designed to be affordable and not a “one time luxury”. All products are sourced from within the US and tested on our staff prior to consumer use.
We pride ourselves on connecting with the local community, by hosting regular pop-ups in collaboration with other local brands and businesses. I think there is a common misconception that IV hydration is just for hangovers, however the largest percentage of our clients are investing in their long-term health by scheduling regular wellness IV drips.
We offer individual, group and event bookings, with no travel fees!
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Amber Jones is not only an exceptional registered nurse, but her voice can be heard around San Diego at local live music venues. She is a singer/songwriter who is passionate about writing and performing music. Her releases can be heard on all major streaming platforms!
