Hi Emilia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started my business after a life long love of organizing. As my family continued to grow and I no longer felt connected to my career, I knew it was time to take a risk and make a change.
While pregnant with my fourth son I started to build a website, get my name out there and began accepting clients. Soon, I was completing multiple projects a week and loving every second of it!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The main struggles I have faced have been of my own making. Sometimes balancing owning a small business and raising four boys can be difficult, but I take it one day at a time and make it work.
And when those feelings of self-doubt start to creep up I breathe through them and continue to always do what I can, my best!

T&O not only aims to solve clutter conflicts in your home or business, but we also want to set our clients up for long term success with easy maintenance. Our goal is to exceed client expectations and provide that sense of calm that has been missing from their physical environment.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
GO FOR IT! Even if you fail, you will learn and grow from every experience. I let fear hold me back for so many years, and I wish I had started this business earlier!
