Hi Ismael, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started Inflow with a business partner in September 2019. My business partner left in 2020 and I decided to revamp our website and goals. We originally wanted to do social media marketing, but I began to design websites, create logos, and help small businesses grow online. After making this change, I began to get more clients and meet a lot of business owners. So far in 2021, I have returned a profit and been able to work with 10+ clients. I am grateful where I am today and I look forward to how the next year goes in my industry.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been the smoothest road. I had to adapt and change to my business partner leaving, by creating a new game plan. Even after this new game plan to focus on helping small businesses grow, more clients came to me for help. A lot of my clients are through word of mouth. A struggle I have faced has been getting external clients from advertisements to commit. However, I see this as all a part of a challenge for my small business. As long as I can continue to adapt and strive to be the best, the challenges will be overcome.
We’ve been impressed with Inflow, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I would like to thank my business partner for putting me on this path. I have grown a lot through changing and adapting with time. I would have never stepped foot in this industry without my business partner. I am grateful for their inspiration and courage. I would also like to thank all of my clients because without them my business would be nothing. I love working with my clients and bringing their dreams and passions to life.
