My journey into the mobile notary business began in the fall of 2022 while I was enrolled in a multifamily real estate investing mentorship program. At the time, my focus was on learning how to build wealth through real estate, and I was looking for ways to earn extra income to put toward a down payment on my first investment property.

What began as a simple introduction turned into an opportunity that changed my professional path. Through this new connection, I gained not only another mentor but also hands-on training in both the technical side of notary work and the fundamentals of running a business.
Under his guidance, I learned how to serve clients efficiently, handle loan signings, as well as a wide range of many other document types with precision, and operate with the professionalism needed to stand out in the field. After studying diligently and passing my state exams, I became a commissioned notary public and soon began securing my first clients — both through private businesses and signing services.
Within just a few months, I was operating independently as a mobile notary and steadily growing my client base. Over the following years, my private business clients expanded significantly, which allowed me to scale from a one-person operation to a full team.

Not exactly! Lol. Like learning anything new, it definitely came with a learning curve. In the beginning, I had my fair share of “wait, what do I do now?” moments. But that’s all part of the process.
