Hi Lia , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I began my medical career over 15 years ago as an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse before going on to earn my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. I have had the pleasure of working in many different medical specialties including Dermatology, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Orthopedics. These experiences allowed me to create a solid foundation that ensures expert, well-rounded care.
In addition to my medical background, I am certified in Homeopathy, Nutrition Coaching, Personal Training, and Women’s Fitness. A former ballet dancer and martial artist, I understand the critical connection between movement, nutrition, and overall well-being, bringing a holistic approach to beauty and wellness.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve come to realize that life never stops moving forward, and the things we hesitate to pursue often turn into regrets. For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of running my own business and being my own boss—but fear held me back. So many people warn you that it’s too risky, too much work, or simply a bad idea. But eventually, I took the leap and started Radiant Lab—as an unemployed single mother, no less.

I wouldn’t have found the courage without a few unwavering cheerleaders by my side. Lately, I keep seeing reminders about surrounding yourself with people who embody the life you aspire to lead, and I couldn’t agree more. I’m deeply grateful to those who encouraged me to believe in myself and chase my dreams.

I also believe our children learn most from what we model for them. Words alone mean little if our actions don’t align. My journey from nurse to entrepreneur isn’t just for me—it’s for my daughter. I want her to see firsthand that it’s never too late to rewrite your story, to take risks, and to believe in herself. At the end of the day, the only limits we face are the ones we allow our mind to create.
