Hi Liliana , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Liliana Nabhan, and I grew up in Virginia Beach, VA, spending my childhood riding horses and living by the beach. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset, and that drive led me to move to Los Angeles at 20, where I worked as a personal assistant in the entertainment industry while also gaining experience in digital marketing.
After finishing my degree at The University of Virginia, I relocated to San Diego — a place I fell in love with during my time in Southern California. Within my first three months there, I co-founded Alohaw, a coastal cowgirl-inspired lifestyle brand. The brand reflects both our shared roots and the laid-back, adventurous lifestyle we embrace today. 2025 is shaping up to be an incredible year for Alohaw! We’ve launched our very first bikini line, and the momentum just keeps building. We’re so excited for everything ahead — stay tuned for more!
Building on my passion for creative storytelling and strategy, I launched my second business, IVE Digital, a digital marketing agency specializing in social media marketing, content curation, and creative direction. The name “IVE” captures what I strive to be for my clients: innovative, productive, collaborative, and effective. Today, IVE Digital works with a wide range of luxury clients across the country, helping businesses shape and share their brand stories in meaningful and impactful ways.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Entrepreneurship is never a smooth road. There are great days, tough days, long days, and days that fly by. Navigating my early 20s has been a journey — filled with different jobs, new challenges, and the constant learning curve of running a business. Through it all, I strive to be the best, work hard, and deliver perfect results. Juggling high standards, creative demands, and the pressure to always perform isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. Every day brings a new lesson, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to take risks, grow, and chase my dreams at a young age.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I owe so much of my journey and success to the incredible people around me. My parents have been my greatest inspiration — as small business owners themselves, they’ve shown me the value of hard work, resilience, and chasing your dreams. They push me every day to be my best and never settle. My sister is one of my most loyal supporters, always cheering me on and believing in me even when I doubt myself. My friends keep me grounded, bringing so much love, laughter, and balance into my life. And above all, I wouldn’t be here without God — every opportunity, lesson, and blessing I’ve experienced is because of His grace, and I’m incredibly grateful for every single day.
