Inspiring Conversations with Saca of Saca Espinas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Saca.

Hi Saca , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
As a highly sensitive person I felt I struggled more with life than others. I searched for something to help me cope and I found temporary relief during Asana. When the yoga studio I was going to offered Reiki Therapy training it called to me, so I signed up. Yoga and Reiki training led me on my spiritual path and have provided me with great comfort and resilience. I continue to learn new spiritual modalities and deepen my practice while building my spiritual business, Saca Espinas. I hope to offer the same comfort and resilience through the spiritual services I offer.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Struggle is part of starting a business. For me, as with many businesses there are financial struggles. On a more personal level, there were struggles with imposter syndrome and self-worth. I am so grateful for the process of opening up a business because it brought up deep wounds that were begging to be dealt with.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Saca Espinas ?
Saca Espinas means thorn remover in Spanish. Saca Espinas perfectly describe what I do, I remove thorns, blocks, limiting beliefs from a person’s energetic body, among other things. I’ve seen some wild stuff, but it’s all part of uncovering and recovering the essence of a person’s soul. To me the soul is the part of a person that can be the most comforting and resilient.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
My mom, definitely, she is spiritual and her early teachings made my spiritual practice feel like second nature. My second spiritual teacher was Shawna Bebbling of Yoga with Shawna. I took Reiki + energy therapy training and breath work facilitation training with Shawna. My third spiritual training was Kundalini Yoga with Tony and Marcia Mahanraj of Great Divine Flow Yoga. The last training I completed was with Liana Xochitl Soria CHt of The Healing Mind Center. I learned shamanic practices with Liana. I learned so much from them and I am so grateful to all of them.
