Hi Star, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My fitness story takes me back years and years ago.
But the journey to being a 1:1 online fitness coach for busy Christian women is pretty new within the past couple of years.
I wanted to help Christian women feel good in their skin and help them gain confidence.
I was about to go into a partnership with an individual who was all about the hustle… very anxiety driven for clients.
I knew that was a direction I didnt feel called to.
I wanted my clients to know that training with me meant real connection. That they weren’t going to be pressured financially. They would only be challenged in their journey.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Walking away from that partnership taught me that I can do the things I once thought were scary and unattainable.
But I’m a Christian and believe that my business is a ministry.
It may not blow up as fast as others. I may not have all the finances for ads or marketing.
But my clients trust me and they are happy to recommend me. For that, I’m grateful.

I create no stress fitness for Busy Christian Moms. It is 1:1 custom Online training & nutrition via my app.
I specialize in lifestyle and bodybuilding training and building STRONG MOMBODS.
I’m known for my Grace & Grit.
I’m proud of my clients and seeing them through the limitations they’ve placed on themselves… mentally, emotionally and physically!
It’s not cheap, but my attention to detail to help you reach your goal is unmatched. In order to achieve that, I only take on a handful of clients at a time.
I can currently only take on a few more clients!
