Hi Timoteo, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born and raised in Fallbrook, CA and growing up, I was always drawn to the hip-hop culture from the music to the style of clothes. The brand was started in 2016 and during this time a lot of the styles were super fitted and did not match what I liked to wear which is loose fitted and relaxed. After seeing how many brands were going towards more of a tight fit, I decided to create my own, that’s when SanCozy Clothing originated. Also, I wanted to keep the designs simple but also show some love to my hometown because at the end of the day, it helped me become the person I am today.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not been a smooth road to say the least. The hardest obstacle is being able to make time to create anything especially with being a father, husband and working a full-time job but it has been rewarding to see how much I have grown and learned from the mistakes that I have made (there has been plenty of them).

SanCozy Clothing is a lifestyle brand meaning that the clothes are a great fit for any occasion and gives that feel good feeling while wearing them. Since we keep everything simple, it helps make outfits come together effortlessly.
What are your plans for the future?
We will be participating in more pop up events in San Diego/Riverside area. Also, I am a barber and planning to open my own studio where I can highlight SanCozy clothing and display the pieces where people can stop by and check them out.
