Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Baya.
Tony, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My career was a lifelong search to profoundly help people. I tried fashion and nutrition in college, then spent several years in construction before stumbling upon a Dolores Cannon lecture on YouTube. Her work changed everything for me. I dove into her books and teachings and, in 2019, began training in QHHT hypnosis. Since then I’ve helped clients tap their subconscious to heal physical and emotional issues, overcome addictions and behavior patterns, and access deep guidance.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has had its challenges, but each one was part of the growth process. Mastering this technique took me five years of practice, mistakes, and persistence. At the same time, I had to learn how to build a business from the ground up, which came with its own lessons. It wasn’t always easy, but overcoming those obstacles gave me the skills, confidence, and resilience I needed to create a practice where I can truly serve others.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At my practice in San Diego, I specialize in Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). This method allows people to tap into their subconscious, the part of themselves that knows how to heal, release, and grow. I’ve worked with clients from many different walks of life, helping them uncover guidance, healing, and clarity that often transforms the way they live day to day.
What makes my work unique is the safe, judgment-free space I provide. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, inclusivity and compassion are at the heart of my practice. Clients tell me they feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard, something I take pride in.
Ultimately, what I want people to know about my brand is that it’s about empowerment. I don’t “fix” anyone; instead, I help clients reconnect with the deeper part of themselves that already holds the wisdom and healing they need.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
The industry is growing rapidly, and I believe the next 5-10 years will bring even more expansion. More and more people are waking up to the truth of who they really are and realizing just how powerful they can be, even in the midst of a chaotic world. I see this work becoming more mainstream, with a greater openness to exploring consciousness, holistic healing, and the role of the subconscious in creating change.
