Life, Values & Legacy: Our Chat with Kristi Stoll of Vista

We recently had the chance to connect with Kristi Stoll and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Kristi, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
I work with empowering women entrepreneurs to succeed. In my experience, one of the biggest silent struggles women entrepreneurs face is the constant pressure to “have it all together” – professionally and personally – without showing the cracks. Many are quietly wrestling with self-doubt, burnout, or the feeling that they’re not doing enough, even when they’re achieving, or trying to achieve, incredible things.

Women don’t often say it out loud because they worry it might make them seem less capable, less credible, or less “together” than the image they feel they have to project. But behind the scenes, they’re juggling being the visionary, the problem solver, the marketer, the bookkeeper – often while also managing family responsibilities and showing up for everyone else.

It’s that quiet, exhausting mental load that rarely gets talked about. That’s exactly why I created a Facebook group -to give women a safe, supportive space to shift their mindset for success, learn how to receive just as openly as they give, and realize that they are worthy of opportunities, help, and abundance. When women embrace receiving, they open the door to greater growth, joy, and impact in their businesses and their lives.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi there! I’m Kristi Stoll, the founder of YippityDoo.com, a launchpad for limitless women entrepreneurs. Our mission is simple yet profound: to empower under‑represented women to not only survive-but thrive-and rewrite their own stories of wealth, purpose, and fulfillment.

At YippityDoo, we blend mindset, community, and practical support designed to help women achieve the dreams they envision:

Two Monthly $1,000 Grants:
Each month, we award two Big Idea Grants—one for a for‑profit woman‑led business and one for a non‑profit woman‑led organization.

These grants are all about amplifying vision, passion, and practical action. A business can be in idea stage or already up and running. Winners are chosen based on a clear idea, heartfelt motivation, and a detailed plan for using the funds.

Success Mindset & Wealth Coaching
We also offer women free access to our Success Mindset Coaching group, where they receive daily mindset shifts and community-driven encouragement to move beyond surviving—and step confidently into success.

Soul Destiny Blueprint
Through our flagship Soul Destiny Blueprint, we guide women to align with their life’s calling—rewriting their wealth story, discovering their core purpose, and embracing a life filled with passion, joy, and abundance.

Community Activation & Visibility
We also host the SheBiz Directory, a curated space for women‑owned brands to get noticed, connect with like‑minded souls, and attract their ideal clients. We offer this at a very discounted rate for women on our list and who have applied to our grant. Our goal is to get more women businesses in the forefront.

What makes YippityDoo truly special is that it’s built by women, for women—rooted in trust, integrity, and a people‑first philosophy. We’re not just offering tools; we’re building a ripple effect of empowerment, helping thousands of women step into their power and rewrite their stories of success.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
The first person who truly saw me – all of me – before I could see myself was my very first meditation and spiritual teacher. I was only 26 at the time, still figuring out who I was and what I was meant to do in this world. Through her meditations and personal guidance, she reflected back to me a version of myself I hadn’t yet discovered — someone with gifts, purpose, and a calling far beyond what I imagined possible.

Her belief in me helped me step into my own light. It was through her teachings that I began to awaken to my intuitive abilities, my passion for helping others, and my true life’s work.

I encourage meditation for every woman as a part of her daily routine because the results are profound — it’s not just about relaxation. It’s about self-discovery, clarity, empowerment, and unlocking inner strength, wisdom and guidance. For me, meditation became the bridge between who I thought I was and who I was truly meant to be.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Giving up has never really been part of my consciousness. I believe that everything we experience – the wins, the setbacks, and even the moments that feel impossible – happens for a reason. Each one is here to teach us something and help us evolve into more of our true selves.

For me, challenges aren’t signs to stop; they’re invitations to grow. I’ve learned that if we let obstacles halt our progress, we can miss the incredible opportunity that’s often waiting just around the corner. That doesn’t mean you keep charging ahead in the exact same way — sometimes the best move is to pivot.

That’s why flexibility and the ability to listen to your inner guidance are such powerful assets as an entrepreneur. When you stay open and trust that inner voice, even the toughest moments can become turning points that lead you to something better than you imagined.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would probably say that what matters most to me is living in a way that’s deeply aligned with my values – integrity, honesty, authenticity, and kindness. I care about doing what’s right, being genuine in my relationships, and treating people with compassion.

They’d also tell you that I’m someone who always looks for the bigger picture – not just what’s happening in the moment, but how it connects to a greater purpose. Creativity, learning and innovation are a huge part of that, as is my spiritual path and the guidance it provides. These keep me grounded while also inspiring me to dream bigger and take bold steps.

And while I’m deeply committed to achievement, I believe in balancing it with joy and fun along the way. To me, success isn’t just about reaching a goal — it’s about enjoying the journey, growing through it, and bringing others along with you.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m in nature, helping others, spending time with animals, traveling and exploring new places, or in the stillness of meditation. Those moments feed my soul and remind me of the beauty and connection that exists all around us.

What most people don’t realize is that while certain places and experiences can help us feel peaceful, true peace is something deeper. It comes from within. It’s an inner state you can learn to cultivate through self-awareness and self-care practices – things like meditation, energy healing, reflection, and being present in the moment. When you nurture that inner calm, you can carry it with you wherever you go, no matter what’s happening around you.

For women especially, this is why self-care is not a luxury — it’s essential. Tending to your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being allows you to show up more fully in every part of your life. When you take the time to replenish yourself, you strengthen your resilience, deepen your clarity, and open the door to more joy, creativity, and fulfillment.
