Good morning Lori, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a professional flutist, and a three time Global Music Award recipient for my performances on recordings, composing and arranging. I’m originally from Brooklyn NY but have resided in San Diego for most of my adult life.
I’ve recorded 12 CD’s and the latest album project released in 2024 is a tribute to the legendary saxophonist and composer, Joe Henderson. The Lori Bell Quartet – Recorda Me; Remembering Joe Henderson was selected at Jazz Congress in NYC for Jukebox Jury, received international press, and was selected Top 10 Jazz Critics Poll in Cadence Magazine, Top 10 Essential Releases by jazz critic Scott Yanow, and Best Jazz Albums of 2024 in All About Jazz.
Currently writing arrangements for a new album project to be recorded in 2026
