We recently had the chance to connect with Melanie White and have shared our conversation below.
Melanie, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What are you chasing, and what would happen if you stopped?
“I’m chasing the fulfillment of a dream and a clear vision that brings together my passions for beauty, wellness, and ministry. I’m currently building three interconnected ventures: my brick-and-mortar facial spa, The Skincare Boutique; my clean beauty skincare line, Organiglo; and Christian Beauty Ministries, where I mentor and support women in confidence and self-care.
Each of these projects allows me to use my skills as a master esthetician, entrepreneur, and faith leader to help others feel confident, cared for, and spiritually refreshed. If I stopped pursuing this path, it would feel like setting aside the purpose I’ve been entrusted with. My quality of life wouldn’t be the same because this work isn’t just a career, it’s a calling. It’s where my creativity, expertise, and desire to serve others come together, and it gives me a deep sense of meaning that I couldn’t replace with anything else.”
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Meet Melanie White
I’m Melanie White, founder of The Skincare Boutique, a premier facial spa located in the heart of South Orange County, California. With over 20 years of expertise in advanced anti-aging treatments, I am an NCEA Master Esthetician known for delivering award-winning facials and caring for a loyal celebrity clientele.
At The Skincare Boutique, I offer two exclusive skincare lines. Our medical-grade collection delivers exceptional, clinically proven results, while Organiglo, my clean beauty line, features science-backed formulations that are predominantly vegan and organic. Each product is designed to nourish the skin with powerful actives while honoring a commitment to clean, sustainable beauty.
What makes my work unique is the blend of artistry, science, and genuine care I bring to every treatment and product. Whether I’m formulating a new serum, performing a custom facial, or educating clients about long-term skin health, my goal is always the same: to help people look radiant and feel confident in their own skin.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
One part of me that has served its purpose and now needs to be released is the tendency to carry everything alone. For years, I dedicated myself to mentoring thousands of women on beauty and confidence, often feeling that I had to take on every detail and outcome by myself. That season built my skills and deepened my compassion, but stepping into Christian Beauty Ministries, where I support a woman’s whole mind, body, and soul, has shown me the power of shared leadership and God’s guidance.
To reach more women who need self-care and the reminder that they are beautifully made, I have to release the old mindset of doing it all and embrace collaboration, delegation, and a deeper trust in God’s timing. Letting go of that self-reliance frees me to serve with greater creativity, peace, and impact.
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I stopped hiding my pain after my divorce. That season forced me to pick up the broken pieces of my life and confront a shaken sense of self-worth. Instead of letting the hurt define me, I chose to transform it by pouring into my personal journey of self-care and faith. Through consistent time with God and intentional time with myself, I rebuilt my confidence and learned to draw strength from His presence. That process not only made me stronger for my children, it also gave me the compassion and resilience I now share through my work helping other women find beauty, confidence, and healing in their own stories.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I’m deeply committed to seeing Organiglo thrive not only as a clean, high-performance skincare line in women’s bathrooms everywhere, but also as a platform that nurtures their relationship with Christ. My vision is bigger than products; it’s about creating space for personal testimonies, Bible studies, and biblical counseling that remind women of their God-given beauty and worth.
As a Bible teacher and biblical counselor, I love watching women flourish inside and out. Whether it takes years or decades, I’m dedicated to developing exceptional skincare formulations while also using this brand to inspire spiritual growth and confidence. It’s a lifelong mission that blends my passion for beauty with my calling to serve and encourage women in their faith.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. What will you regret not doing?
I would regret not fully pursuing and excelling in God’s plan for my life. My deepest desire is to live out His purpose with faithfulness and to succeed in the calling He’s placed on me. Through Christian Beauty Ministries, I’m creating resources, publishing Bible studies, and leading groups that help women grow in their faith and confidence. If I didn’t dedicate the time and energy to share these studies, nurture women’s spiritual lives, and model God’s best for my own children, I would feel I’d missed the very reason I was created. Living out His will is the legacy I most want to leave.
