Pherlha, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Well i wakeup , say thanks, wash my face before anything else , then have morning coffee and next my morning workout , thats the normal routine , can change one day if i have work ( like no morning workout )
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi my name is Pherlha Aguilar im a professional model and actress , now im extending my professional carrer to PR and content creating for luxury brands , life keeps changing and we need to ajust and change too , currently im living between San Diego and Mexico City ( where I spend most of the time ) doing PR for some restaurants , some brands and events , growing my personal brand more …
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. Who taught you the most about work?
A lot of people , first my mom ( shes still working at her age ) then different people in stages of life , teachers , other models, friends i think everyone you meet has something to teach you , like my friends if they owned bussiness you hear them talking and learn stuff you didn’t now about , the PR thing came naturally i’m super friendly and I make friends easy soo thats the main base for doing PR getting the right people for the right brand / event and making it happend , Im still learning i think you never stop , just need to pay attention of what life is putting in front of you.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Uff don’t let fear stop you ( im human and I doubt myself a lot ) soo I let a lot of opportunities to pass me by affraid of not being enough or pretty enough or whatever , just jump into it you are soo strong and lucky you will make it .
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes and no , i’m a gemini soo I kinda change a bit all the time , my mind goes super fast and I’ve been learning stuff and seeing every point of view , soo the person you see in social media and public it is me but a little more contained , we live in a crazzy world now soo you need to know how to be safe always , you can’t expose soo much of you, keep the private life and feelings for you and your close ones… but don’t forget to share what you think others may find it helpfull.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What will you regret not doing?
Following my dreams, I’m changing all the time soo I have many ideas, I don’t want to regret not doing what I want because of fear, doubt or overthinking ( I do that a lot ) Not let fear stop me
