All my customers are bride-to-be, most of them ordered a custom gown from me and all satisfied my services. Some customers they found me to help them alter and fix their dresses they got from other shops or online. The most surprising me is other shops that hidden the truths about the alterations risks and cost, just sell whatever they can sell.
Many brides choose to purchase off-the-rack or pre-owned gowns primarily due to budget constraints. However, a common challenge they face is the lack of guidance on selecting the correct size and length. This often results in gowns that do not fit properly, leading to costly and sometimes unfixable alterations—especially when the gown’s proportions are off.
Off-the-racks and pre-owned dresses options may seem more affordable initially, but they carry inherent risks. Gowns that are not true to size can require extensive adjustments, which may significantly increase costs or even compromise the gown’s structure. Sometimes, the alterations needed are beyond what is feasible, making the dress unusable or requiring a complete redesign.

I believe my strength comes from my parents. My mom is a businesswoman, entrepreneur, and a true doer. She’s experienced life’s ups and downs with resilience and never gives up. My dad, an artist and musician, was my first arts teacher—someone who never worked a traditional job, but instead spent his days singing, traveling, and embracing adventure. Their passion, perseverance, and creativity inspired me.
When did you last change your mind about something important?
I believe in nature—trusting the flow and the process. Sometimes, patience is key, and timing unfolds when the moment is right. Consistency isn’t about forcing yourself to work hard every day; it’s about maintaining balance—knowing when is the best time and opportunity to work and when to pause, enjoy life, take care of myself and my family . Strategy and energy are far more important than sheer effort.

Buying online, off-the-racks, or pre-owned wedding dresses helps saving budget, it’s a misconception. Many online dresses use low-quality fabrics, but your skin deserve a comfy breeze on your wedding day; off-the-racks are tried on by many, making it hard to find a perfect fit—unless you’re willing to spend more on alterations. Pre-owned dresses are secondhand, and they may not give you the same confidence and energy for your special day.

I believe mortality—meaning the purpose and energy in my life and career—is rooted in what I do and where my resources come from. Just as energy influences everything, the positive energy, environment, and the people you surround yourself with have a transformative power on your life. The energy you cultivate shapes your experiences and future, your family and loved ones. That’s how I built my business, resources and relationships.
