I started my business in March 2015 with the assistance of navy federal. Facilitating me with all my business needs, After having my business for 3 years, I’ve built a business known for our diversity in hair textures and custom enhancement creations. We create custom enhancements for women undergoing chemotherapy and other hair loss restorations.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
My journey wasn’t smooth at all. I had many struggles, from hiring the right staff for my brand. The biggest obstacle was marketing. Marketing was a huge factor for growing my business, from investing in the right areas for my brand.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Toni Burrell Hair Studio – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I love custom enhancements this not only gives a woman something they thought they lost forever. It also gives me purpose, understanding the struggles of losing hair can be hard. We use high-quality virgin hair to create our custom enhancements for our guest, with custom color techniques. i.e. color melting, balayaging, highlights.
Who have you been inspired by?
I’m most inspired by Tabatha Coffey, she’s everything I aspire to be as a business owner and stylist. She’s a master of her craft, with confidence and professionalism.
