Today we’d like to introduce you to Faride Sisniega.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Faride. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I am an immigrant child and the youngest of four, I was raised in Southern California and started my first business at 20 years old. I knew from a young age I came here for a huge reason and it took me years to discover my gift!, As I was helping my mother with the documents for her retirement from a company she gave almost 30 years of her life to, I realized she would be in a very bad financial situation at retirement due to lack of knowledge. She practically had lost all her retirement savings to the stock market crash and still owed 30% taxes on what she had left. It was devastating to see how she would cry for not having asked the right questions throughout her work life. At that point, I was making decent money in my own company and realized I would end up in my mother’s situation if I didn’t learn How Money Worked.
So, I immediately started searching for the right program and education about this, I shortly was introduced to a Financial Professional who told me that my mom had only done one thing wrong and it was completely preventable, she had not been taught how to understand what plans fit her and her goals. But with the right knowledge she and everyone could prevent bad scenarios and be completely financially independent. So in 2010, I started my own Financial Services Agency where I decided to help people like my mother some basic concepts that would help them switch things around and secure their futures. I have since partnered up with amazing Financial companies that have given me all the tools and resources to help spread financial literacy. My Agency today helps all sorts of clients trace a road map and really understand how their money works.
Has it been a smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road what so ever. At the beginning of my career, I was told the market I was targeting was too careless and I was never going to make any money. It was an uphill battle but I had a calling, I was passionate about helping and I struggled through a lot of adversity, some bad situations and criticism but the days that I got to help and see the results of my dedication was enough ammunition to keep on going and reassure me that I was on the right track!

I am super proud of my agency because of the Agents that serve and commit to the Vision and Mission of helping people understand How Money Works. Our commitment is beyond making money, we change people’s lives, we coach families and individuals what is available for them and what they need to do to reach their goals while not sacrificing their lifestyle or what they like doing. Life is all about how you plan and how you execute that plan. We are different because we work for YOUR goals as we accomplish ours.
I am also a leadership coach to many women who come from strange situations. I have a passion to help others become the best versions of themselves. I use techniques like mental toughness and expectations, I then trace an easy to follow plan that people enjoy so they can stick to it. I have a group of limitless Minds and the entire team at Expert Agents encourage financial literacy so they work hand in hand and give you successful results. We strengthen our client’s financial situation and habits while strengthening their mind and self-esteem!
What advice would you give to someone at the start of her career?
Learn from a person who has been on the journey already! Surround yourself with positive people. Always be willing to learn and reinvent yourself. And the most important, develop a limitless mind…
