Today we’d like to introduce you to Gianna Mancuso.
So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
At the young age of seven, I was introduced to spiritually and the occult by both my father and sister. I felt an instant attraction but kept this to myself for the fear of being different and my families superstition on my father’s side. Again at age 14, I began to develop undeniable intuition and healing Abilities. I believe a lot of this stemmed from turning to spirituality and therapy for comfort upon having a fall out with my father that led us to end our relationship. I started my own YouTube channel based on herbal medicine and Italian witchcraft, my roots. Finally at the age of 16 with the encouragement of my sisters and mother I began TheWildRoseGarden.com.
At the beginning, I had no idea what I was getting myself into nor did I have any idea how to run a business so young… now here I am years later creating alternative healing products with botanicals/ crystals and doing divination such as tarot/ Dream analysis through my own intuition, changing people’s journey and confidence. Showing others it’s not only okay to be different but you can make a living off of your gifts. Infusing my own magic and prayer into my practice provides people with not only nourishing product but the ability to feel taken care of and heard no matter their story.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I would have to say growth has been a huge struggle for me. I’m not usually one for change being a Taurus! I went through the traditional phase of the crappy beginning business… the slow burn of not gaining the attention you had hoped for. The fear of failure when you see others living your dream not thinking you’ll ever get there. The failed labels, scents, products, and beat down of others thinking your job isn’t really a job. Pushing through that is going to be your key to success. I’ve found that even though it’s cliché telling others to believe in themselves, I know for a fact I would not have been here or continued if I hadn’t been my own biggest fan. Accept your failures and continue again and again no matter how many times you fall. You need to be doing what you love to be on the vibration of all you’re looking for. Abundance, love, success, healing, is all but only a flow of energy. To my young woman out there thinking it’s too late to start… it’s not! See this as your sign to begin and continue.

My work is energy exchange. I handcraft soaps, lotions, body oils, candles, and more. Infusing my own energy and being into these products to share the magic with those who need it most. Sometimes we’re not in a place of harnessing our own magic, so we turn to others to share energy. Feeling down and like there’s no way out? Then you meet with your joyful best friend and feel refreshed after your meeting. This is the same concept. I infuse my blessing and prayer into your product for your personal struggle or intention and when you use that product you are feeding off my energy you’re lacking. I am also known my tarot readings and dream work. The goal is to work through your troubles and not come out necessarily making life-altering decisions but instead feeling good and confident about your options and knowing there is hope within different perspectives you may have not come to beforehand.
Sometimes we encounter dreams that make us feel uneasy or consume our thoughts for the day. Here we decode the characters and themes of your dream to give you the ancient symbolism. This can tell you where you are within your life, where you’re headed, and prediction of what’s to come should you continue the path the way you have been. What sets me apart from others would probably be my energy and Connection to others. I want you to encounter an experience with me feeling heard and better than before each time I talk with you. I want to be your best friend, not just a business owner. The goal is not money, the goal is healing the world with all I’ve got and sharing my experiences with you so you know you are never alone, so long as I’m alive.
There’s a wealth of academic research that suggests that lack of mentors and networking opportunities for women has materially affected the number of women in leadership roles. Smart organizations and industry leaders are working to change this, but in the meantime, do you have any advice for finding a mentor and building a network?
All of my mentors have been guided to me. My advice? Prayer. Even if you aren’t a magic user the power of prayer is otherworldly. It’s using that truth and unconditional love of energy you feel in your heart when you connect to your deepest desires. Like they say, the teacher will appear when the student is ready. Put what you want out there with your voice and thoughts. Accept nothing less. Surround yourself with those who make you feel good and go places that feed your soul. You will find exactly what you’re looking for and more. Trust what is for you! With my mentor the biggest turning point for me was self-love and being unapologetically me. Letting go of that mask, we display with others who don’t accept where we are on our journey. And just living so comfortably, I feel nothing but gratitude for those who Jude me, for they are my best teachers.
