Life and Work with Liz Germain

Today we’d like to introduce you to Liz Germain.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
We got started by accidentally creating recipes and workouts and sharing them to social media. Before I knew it, we had women from around the world contacting us and asking for coaching and full programs to follow. That’s how my fitness business was born.

From there, now that it’s mostly automated, I’ve branched out into teaching people how we use YouTube to generate a stream of free qualified leads for that business. YouTube SEO and video marketing is now my specialty.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
NO lol … As a young adult when I started my business, I didn’t know the first thing about business taxes, profit and loss sheets, managing a team of employees or any of that! I messed up a ton in the beginning and caused myself a lot of struggle early on, but it led to some very valuable breakthroughs in business for me down the road.

For other women, I’d say hire a mentor. Find someone who has already done what you’re trying to do and learn from them so you can save yourself time, money and energy wasted on doing the wrong things.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Super Sister Fitness and VidfluencePros – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I specialize in YouTube SEO and video marketing for online businesses. I am very proud to be named an official “YouTube NextUp Creator,” and have been featured in Women’s Health for my work in the health industry. With nearly seven million views on YouTube, we have created a proven video marketing system that now helps other online coaches and business owners attract, connect with and convert more viewers into buyers.

What advice would you give to someone at the start of her career?
Hire mentors! And delegate as much as you possibly can. Hire people in the Philippines if your budget is small. Don’t try to do it all yourself – you will burn out.
