Life and Work with Priyanka Madhukar

Today we’d like to introduce you to Priyanka Madhukar.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Priyanka. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I am the soul behind ‘The Creative Impulse’. I have always been passionate about living a creative life and my little blog is a thought since many years to pass on the creative impulse to people around me. It is beautiful to enjoy the little things in life and be grateful. While I happily enjoy crafting a life I love, sharing the joy is an amazing craft too. When my friends and followers get back to me to say how positive they feel following my posts, I feel this is where I wanted to be when I started the blog. I believe this creative impulse is contagious! Let it keep spreading and see more and more happy smiles!! 😊

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Different people have different likes and priorities. To stay happy is what everyone wants in common. We women are stronger and capable than we think we are. Find your passion, nurture it and grow with it. I am sure in that journey you will learn to be content in life!

Please tell us about The Creative Impulse.
Waking up to those positive messages in my inbox makes my day! 🙂 I am a lifestyle blogger who shares happy little stories of my daily life. Be it watching the sunrise sipping your favourite cuppa or sharing the excitement of a new rosebud in your cozy little balcony garden. Appreciating what we have in life is really important. I always keep my followers happy with my posts and encourage them to lead a positive life. Food and fashion is what I focus alongside. When people send me messages that through my blog posts, they learned to enjoy even the little joys of life, that’s where I get my dose of energy from. I am proud of what I do, as this is all about spreading a creative impulse.

Do you think there are structural or other barriers impeding the emergence of more female leaders?
I personally do not believe that there are barriers for women to become a leader. It is all about the will power and decision making. Be confident in what you do, believe in your strength. Once a leader, always a leader, no one can pull you down but you can always cheer yourself up. Female leadership is a pride! A woman sparkles in whatever she does if she looks at it with confidence!
