So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Started doing makeup more intensely a few years ago. I have always had a passion for it and finally a few years ago went for it and started working with a local photographer. Doing this helped boost my confidence a little more with my art.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not a smooth road. Some of the struggles have always been.
Please tell us about Beauty By Rainey.
I’m a makeup artist. I specialize in glam makeup. I enjoy doing makeup for special occasions such as weddings, quinceañeras, photo shoots too! I am proud of my improvement in my work. Never stop learning and always bettering your craft is something I strongly believe in.
What advice would you give to someone at the start of her career?
Never give up what you are passionate about. Don’t get discouraged if something doesn’t work out at first. Keep going until you are where you want to be. Your hard work will pay off!
