Today we’d like to introduce you to Renee Celeste.
Renee, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I’ve been in consulting & sales for about a decade. Communication is my jam. Combining my passion to inspire people into action by helping them break down limiting beliefs & grow in their faith & courage with my sales & communication experience birthed the idea of creating coaching & speaking business. I currently work with clients one on one, do group coaching, and group training for individuals who are ready to breakthrough & demand more of themselves! I also get to do speaking events – these are so energetic & powerful! There’s noting like a room full of people ready to ignite that fire for their lives.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I get giddy about the struggle. There’s something so divine about knowing the struggle is molding a 2.0 version of us ready to be unleashed. I was in a high ticket sales role that was commission only for 6 years & I LOVED the challenge of being fully responsible for my income. The emotional and mental roller coaster that comes along with being on commission only builds up a lot of grit in someone and that’s the exact training I needed to become an entrepreneur. I realized – either way, I’m going to experience struggle and bumps along the road… I may as well experience that on the road to my calling!
The transition from being employed to building my own business has been every single challenge I needed, and I know there are many more along the way. The fact that I look forward to those challenges & curveballs is a true sign that I’m fighting for the right dream.
My advice for anyone out there who’s just starting out – JUST DO IT!!! Yes, research & educate on your product/service. Yes, get yourself surrounded by people who have the results you want. Yes, create a general plan, get clear on your end goal, and big-picture vision. BUT, and this is a BIG BUT – DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THESE THINGS THINKING IT’LL COMPLETELY MITIGATE STRUGGLE. YOU MUST TAKE ACTION!!!
So many people get so caught up in wanting everything to be perfectly calculated, mapped out, and have all the answers before getting started and that’s exactly why so many incredibly products & services NEVER get out there! Just do what you know, learn as you go, and course correct as needed. Taking action and creating momentum is the ONLY way you will get clear on what to do next (& taking action will build a lot of confidence too!).

You know when people feel stagnant in life, but know deep down inside they were called to live at a higher level, they just aren’t sure how to get there and what comes next? I help fix that! I specialize in helping people breakthrough and transform into the person they need to be to achieve their dreams.
I focus primarily on transformational coaching instead of informational coaching. Informational coaching focuses on packing on more info & more education. Transformational coaching focuses on helping people become aware of the basics structures they think and act in.
Once my clients are aware of these structures, they can begin to examine the blind spots that have been limiting them from their full potential. They find they’re thinking and acting at a much more elevated state that’s in alignment with their calling and purpose in life. They have more clarity, freedom, power, and peace of mind by going through this transformation!
There’s a wealth of academic research that suggests that a lack of mentors and networking opportunities for women has materially affected the number of women in leadership roles. Smart organizations and industry leaders are working to change this, but in the meantime, do you have any advice for finding a mentor and building a network?
Mentors and coaches are an absolute necessity in life for anyone who wants to grow! Figure out what you need (ex: someone to tell you EXACTLY what to do step by step in marketing or copywriting or in contrast, someone who helps you find the answers within yourself so you can develop more personal conviction and stronger communication skills), and get yourself in their presence!!!
Don’t be afraid to invest financially in your growth whether that be investing in networking groups or coaching. Proximity is key – you’re the average of the five people you surround yourself with the most! Get out there and meet the right people!
Lastly, GIVE BACK!!!! Put yourself in situations where you can give back. I believe we reap what we sow – if we want more from our mentors and coaches, we need to also give and be more!
