Today we’d like to introduce you to Austin Jose.
Hi Austin, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I grew up in Southern Connecticut playing high school sports and fell in love with creating content for social media. I realized that this love of mine could potentially become a fun career. I dropped everything and went after being able to make videos and content full time. Led me to a full-time job here in San Diego and then too after being hired, I left to pursue the dream on my own terms. Some links to help follow my story.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely some ups and downs along the way. One of my biggest struggles has been overcoming anxiety.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in content creation and storytelling. I am known for being the kid who gave up playing division 1 football to chase their dream of filmmaking. I am most proud of who I have become through all of the experiences this life has given me. I think what sets me apart from others is my work ethic.
How do you think about luck?
I think good luck has helped me get to where I am today in helping me meet new people and develop great relationships.
