Life & Work with Mike Howard

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Mike Howard again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Mike, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
Mike Howard is an entrepreneur, speaker, and dedicated family man. As the founder and CEO of both Guaranteed C.S. Inc. and Jetsetter Charter Jet Service, Mike brings over a decade of sales and leadership expertise to the table. He specializes in helping others experience the convenience and luxury of private jet travel. Driven by a passion for empowering others, he has personally guided over 70 individuals to kickstart their entrepreneurial journeys. With his innovative mindset and commitment to creating opportunities, Mike continues to inspire and lead in both business and life.

Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
Since our last conversation, life has been a whirlwind of growth, both personally and professionally. Jetsetter Charter Jet Service continues to thrive, with exciting new partnerships and an ever-expanding client base. I’ve also been diving deeper into my passion for mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, guiding several new mentees to launch their own businesses successfully. On the home front, coaching my son Elijah’s sports teams has been a rewarding way to stay connected as a dad, and watching both Elijah and Sofia grow into their personalities has been a constant source of pride. Balancing the demands of business and family is always a challenge, but it’s one I embrace wholeheartedly. Right now, I’m particularly excited about an upcoming expansion project for Jetsetter and some new speaking opportunities where I’ll share my journey to inspire others. The journey is ongoing, and I’m grateful for every step forward.
