Once upon a time, in a city in Mexico, there lived a little girl named Veronica. She had dreams as big as the open sky and a heart full of hope. But her family faces hardships, and they made the difficult decision to seek a better life in the United States. I faced the challenges of adapting to a new culture, learning a new language, and making new friends. The early days were tough, as she often felt like a stranger in a strange land. Deciding to pursue a college education in fashion was a decision that came straight from the heart for me. Ever since I was a child, I had a deep-seated passion for fashion. I would spend hours sketching designs, sewing together fabric scraps, and creating unique outfits that reflected my creativity. Fashion was not just a hobby; it was a calling.
When the time came to choose a college major, I knew I couldn’t settle for anything less than my true passion. I wanted to make my dreams a reality, so I decided to major in fashion design. It wasn’t an easy choice, as many people around me had concerns about the competitiveness of the industry and the uncertainty that often comes with creative careers. But I was determined to prove them wrong.
Throughout my college journey, I poured my heart and soul into my coursework. I attended fashion shows, interned with established designers, and honed my skills in sketching, sewing, and patternmaking. Post-graduation, I entered the fashion industry, ready to chase my dreams. I started as an assistant designer, working long hours and facing fierce competition. But my passion for fashion continued to drive me forward. I created my own fashion line, and with perseverance and creativity, it gained recognition.
Over time, I achieved my goal of becoming a successful fashion designer, showcasing my collections at major fashion events and boutiques. Looking back on my journey, I realized that by following my passion and pursuing a college degree in fashion, I had turned my dreams into a thriving career. I had transformed my love for fashion into a reality, proving that with dedication and unwavering passion, one can achieve their goals in the creative industry.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I not only faced moving to the States, but I lived in Hawaii and in Italy. Having to start from zero every time I moved, knocking always in a new door, not knowing what or who is behind it has always being the most difficult thing to do. But, in this of infinite starting overs, life is a beautiful mosaic of moments, constantly rearranging itself to form a tapestry of experiences that never ceases to inspire, surprise, and captivate. Each dawn heralds a fresh chapter, and every ending is but a prelude to an infinite array of beginnings. It is a world where the only constant is change, and the only certainty is the ever-revolving cycle of life’s unending beauty.

As a fashion designer, I am a creative force to be reckoned with. My passion for fashion goes beyond mere clothing; it’s an art form. My designs are a blend of innovation and elegance, pushing the boundaries of fashion while maintaining a timeless and sophisticated touch.
My unique style is characterized by a signature blend of classic and contemporary elements. My effortlessly fuse tradition with modern trends, creating garments that are not just beautiful but also functional and comfortable. My work is a reflection of my commitment to both aesthetics and wearability, ensuring that those who wear my creations feel both fashionable and comfortable.

In our household, there were no extravagant luxuries, but there was an abundance of warmth and togetherness. I learned the value of making the most out of what we had, whether it was sharing meals around a small table or finding joy in simple, everyday activities.
