Meet Alexandra Sanches of Full Table Events and Organizing

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexandra Sanches.

Hi Alexandra, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Full Table Events began with a leap of faith, a lot of heart, and one unforgettable wedding in 2017. A dear friend told me, “All of my vendors will be friends, and I want you to be my wedding planner.” I was honored… and honestly, a little scared. Planning a wedding is no small responsibility. But I trusted my instincts, my love for people, and my natural ability to create meaningful moments.
What began as nervousness turned into pure fulfillment. I loved every part of the process, bringing people together, solving problems, making the bride feel safe and cared for, and seeing everything beautifully come to life. That experience lit something in me. It reminded me of how I’ve always been the hostess in my home, creating warmth, connection, and memorable experiences for friends and family. My mother was an incredible hostess too, and I truly believe this gift runs in my genes. Hospitality is part of who I am.
From that wedding, opportunities began to grow naturally. I started with small events, then bigger ones, each new experience teaching me, challenging me, and reinforcing one beautiful truth: this is my passion. Today, Full Table Events supports weddings, celebrations, special moments, and meaningful gatherings of all kinds. I love working with every client who trusts me with their important milestones, and seeing their happiness makes every effort worth it.
Beyond private celebrations, community is deeply important to me. I often create community events, many of them at little or no cost, simply because bringing people together brings me joy. Event planning is not just a business for me; it is a calling, a way to serve, to care, and to create memories that people carry forever.
What started as one brave moment in 2017 has grown into a business built with love, dedication, empathy, and passion. Full Table Events is more than event planning, it is connection, celebration, and heart.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The journey of Full Table Events has been one of resilience, heart, and commitment. When Ale Sanches first discovered her passion for event planning, she also carried another great responsibility, raising her children. With limited time and constant demands at home, expanding her business was challenging, and many opportunities had to wait. Still, her love for creating meaningful experiences never disappeared.

Today, with her children now teenagers, Ale has been able to dedicate more focus, energy, and strategy to Full Table Events, allowing the business to grow stronger and more intentionally. On special occasions, her kids even join her on projects, transforming the company into both a professional dream and a family legacy built on dedication, love, and perseverance.

For Ale, every obstacle became a lesson and every challenge strengthened her purpose. Full Table Events is not just a business, it is a story of passion, patience, and belief in the power of dreams evolving at the right time.

We’ve been impressed with Full Table Events and Organizing, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Full Table Events is more than an event planning company; it is a brand built on connection, empathy, resilience, and the belief that people deserve to feel supported during meaningful moments in their lives. I specialize in creating warm, thoughtful, well-organized experiences, from weddings and celebrations to community gatherings, always focusing on detail, care, and a personal touch that makes every client feel seen and valued.

When COVID hit, Full Table Events came to a complete stop. No events, no gatherings, no celebrations, everything changed overnight. Instead of giving up, I adapted. During that difficult season, I launched a second branch of my professional life: home organizing and packing services. I began helping families declutter, move, reorganize their homes, and create functional, peaceful spaces. What surprised many people, and even myself, was how naturally this new venture connected to my event work. Both businesses center around helping people feel calm, supported, and happy during important life transitions. Whether I’m organizing a house or planning a wedding, I am always serving, guiding, and bringing relief to people when they need it most.

What sets me apart is empathy. I truly care about my clients, their stories, and what moments like these mean to them. I take pride in being someone people trust, someone who listens, pays attention, anticipates needs, and walks alongside them rather than just “providing a service.” I am deeply proud that my brand represents warmth, humanity, reliability, creativity, and heart.

Today, I proudly operate both businesses, and they beautifully support each other. Organizing often leads to event clients, and event clients discover they need organizing help, and through it all, my mission remains the same: to make life easier, moments more meaningful, and experiences truly unforgettable.

What I want readers to know is simple: Full Table Events isn’t just about planning events or organizing homes, it’s about caring for people, honoring life’s moments, and making sure no one feels alone in the process. That is my passion, my brand, and the heart behind everything I do.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
So many people have played an important role in my journey, and I am deeply grateful for each of them. One of my biggest supporters has been my dear friend Carla, an incredibly talented interior designer. She trusted my abilities from the very beginning and introduced me to my first organizing client, helping me open the door to a completely new path in my career. Today, we continue to support one another, I help her when she needs an extra hand, and she does the same for me. It’s truly a partnership built on trust, collaboration, and friendship.

Another beautiful influence in my journey has been Leila, an art teacher whose creativity has inspired me many times. Her artistic vision and ability to think beyond limits often helped me see new possibilities and approach projects with fresh imagination.

I am also deeply grateful to Jamile, a real estate professional who challenged me in the best way. She didn’t simply hand me opportunities; she pushed me to grow, to stretch my abilities, and to trust my capability to handle bigger responsibilities. Those challenges helped me evolve both personally and professionally.

I also want to recognize the many friends who hired me in the beginning, believing in me before my brand was fully formed. Their trust, encouragement, and willingness to give me opportunities helped build my confidence and foundation. I truly feel blessed to have such a supportive circle of people who believed in my potential and continue to work with me when a helping hand is needed.

And at the very core of everything are my parents. My father, a businessman full of initiative and courage, has always inspired me with his determination and strength. My mother has always been there to support me, talk with me, encourage me, and remind me that I am capable. Together, they are my base, my grounding, and a big part of why I continue to move forward with faith and resilience.

I am who I am today, and my businesses are what they are today, because of this incredible community of love, friendship, mentorship, and belief. I carry each of them with me in every project I do.
