Today we’d like to introduce you to Alvin Acosta.
Alvin, before we jump into specific questions about your work, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Worked as a kitchen cook for over 13 years. Stepped out to content creation, photography, video and drones. I started in Real Estate photography and built from there. Still in Real Estate media creation, also in weddings, commercials, branding, and interviews. Lots of ups and downs. Sticking the course, conducted interviews with President Vicente Fox, Wesley Snipes, Kevin Harrington. Video events for real estate partner to Tai Lopez, HGTV Risky builders Chris Naugle.
Has it been a smooth road?
Not at all. . Each phase of life has its own set of problems. As an employee, working odd hours, working 2 jobs at a time, not much growth, not seeing family on holidays, haven’t vacationed in over 5 years and nothing really to show for it.
As a business owner, making less than $10,000 a year, credit cards going to collections, wrong mentors, one sided partnerships, balancing family life, car broke down, camera’s break, lots of times working for free. It has definitely been challenging but a part of the process.
Tell us more about your work.
113 Media Creation, Video content. Proud to have been in the presence of Grant Cardone, Kevin Harrington, President Vicente Fox, Les Brown. Power of Proximity. What sets me apart is I hold integrity to a high standard. If I can’t deliver value, I don’t deserve the business. There are some out to make a sale and help themselves than helping other people win.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
Video is still going to be the most consumed content over text and pictures.
