Today we’d like to introduce you to Amanda Hundley.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Amanda. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started in real estate in 2006. Since then, I worked in several different capacities; property management and leasing, as an assistant to a real estate team, etc. In 2014, I moved to San Diego and started my journey as a real estate transaction coordinator. In the hopes of maintaining and growing my career while balancing life as a mother and military spouse, I started my own independent transaction coordinating business in 2018.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Being an entrepreneur has not always been easy. There are many challenges that arise when you are the sole person running and trying to grow that business. Decisions can make or break your business. Knowing where to spending a marketing budget, what software programs to invest in, what clients to focus on, etc. Not every decision is going to be a homerun but being able to move forward and learn is essential.
Please tell us about TC Service Pro.
TC Service Pro is a real estate transaction coordinating business. I handle the essential paperwork, timelines, etc, as soon as a real estate agent has a signed contract. I work with realtors to assist them with their contracts. I am the go-between the agent and lenders, clients, escrow, etc.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
I attribute my success to my work ethic. I know that success takes a lot of effort and I am no stranger to hard work.
