Meet Amy Green and Susan Meyers-Pyke of Coastal Premier Properties

Today we’d like to introduce you to Amy Green and Susan Meyers-Pyke.

After years of working for a national real estate company, long-time realtors, Amy and Susan wanted to bring a more personal and collaborative approach to real estate. In March of 2009, they opened the doors of Coastal Premier Properties to fulfill their dream of being able to hand-select the best agents that share their same values. Their approach to real estate is that of a fun, positive, and supportive environment where they share their knowledge and ideas to help their clients achieve their goals. They believe that collectively they are brilliant and that there is plenty of business for everyone no matter what is happening in the real estate market.

Well-known for their unique “you centered” philosophy, all of their agents and their staff at Coastal Premier Properties provide superior service, dedication, and commitment to each and every one of their clients. When you work with them, you’re working in a positive professional environment that prides itself not only on staying ahead of the trends but setting the trends with the latest in technology and social media campaigns to ensure you have all the right tools needed to compete and succeed in any market.

Has it been a smooth road?
As we’ve grown, we are constantly striving to keep the family feel that we started with along with staying ahead of the curve as the real estate environment is constantly changing.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
In most real estate companies, agents tend to hide ideas because they’re afraid someone will steal them. In our company, we believe there’s enough business for everyone and the more we share, the more successful we are together. In doing so we have come up with some terrific programs. One helps us find properties for clients that aren’t on the market. For those selling, they can update their homes to get a higher sales price through our House 2 Home Program.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes, people are constantly moving in and out of San Diego and we feel the market will be good for some time.
