Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Preciado.
Andrea, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My name is Andrea and I am 21 years old. I started this journey of opening my small business in August of 2019. I always dreamt of being my own boss and having a business of my own but never knew how to start or how to achieve this huge goal of mine. At the beginning of 2019, I was a junior in college and was working full time at an Auto Registration. After going to college I still didn’t know what I wanted to major in so I decided to quit college and follow my dream of opening my own Auto Registration. Thanks to the help of my parents and boyfriend for believing in me in two months Andrea’s Auto Registration was open to the public.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It for sure has not been a smooth road all along. Taking the first step in believing in your dream and opening a business at 20 is scary, but it has been the most gratifying thing I’ve done my whole life knowing that each day I’m living my dream.
Please tell us about your business.
Andrea’s Auto Registration is a business partner with the Department of Motor Vehicles. Helping customers get quick registration services without making long lines at the DMV. From paying your vehicle tags to registering a vehicle under your name. The thing that sets us apart from other registration offices would have to be our economical prices and our customer service. We are known for always having a smile on our face and helping customers to the best of our abilities.
