So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Better Tomorrow Group started when Chris and I reviewed what was out there in the Real Estate Investment education space. We saw that many companies were charging huge fees, as high as $50K, to teach individuals how to invest. We realized, from our experience as an investor and a Broker, that the principles and practices were not that difficult and definitely not worth that fee. So we decided to build an online platform to teach individuals about investing and substantially reduce the cost.
Has it been a smooth road?
Definitely not a smooth road. We learned that a good product and slow or poor marketing don’t match. We spent thousands on ads that went nowhere and created tutorials and classes that had to be reworked. In the end we have realized our boots on the ground team gets the info we need to pass out to our online audience.

We specialize in teaching people that the answer to their success is themselves and not a magic pill. We are very proud that our product creates not only strong investors but educates individuals who decide to not stay in investment on how to be better contributing members to society. The old hard work first mentality.

San Diego has been amazing for us in building this business. The open mindness of the community mixed with opportunity creates a real good mix for success. Although our company is in the hands of thousands across the country, they are learning from projects here in San Diego.
