Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am an athlete and I have always been passionate about Sports and Nutrition. Becoming a Sports Dietitian was a great way for me to combine both passions. I play soccer, surf, fence, run, and I swim.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Yes, one of my struggles was putting myself out there. I was really nervous when I did my first Instagram reel, but I got a lot of good responses and now it’s fun.

I provide virtual nutrition counseling and I specialize in sports nutrition and weight loss. I help my clients accomplish their goals with Whole Foods and without stress and restrictions. Clients who complete my three month package program are able to enhance their physical performance and lose weight without worry about calories, carbohydrates, fat, and eat the food they enjoy.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My professors at San Diego State helped me accomplish my goals. Joan Rupp helped me network and make a business plan.
