Hi Billy D, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m a San Diegan through and through—born at Balboa Naval Hospital, I’ve lived, worked, and grown up all over the county. From Eastlake, National City, and Alpine to Pacific Beach, Lemon Grove, Mira Mesa, Lakeside, and Ramona, I’ve experienced the incredible cultural diversity our beautiful city has to offer. For the past 10 years, I’ve happily called Crest, in the eastern foothills of El Cajon, my home.
My first real career was in the moving and relocation industry, working throughout the county before expanding to a national level as a professional truck driver. As I gained experience, I transitioned into an office role as a relocation consultant, which naturally led me into real estate. The two industries go hand in hand, and I found that I excel at helping people navigate some of the most stressful transitions in their lives.
I’m a firm believer in continued education and self-improvement. While no one gets to choose where they start in life, we all have the power to shape where we end up. My focus is simple: to live a good life and be of service to others—regardless of who they are, what they believe, or where they come from. It all starts with intent and what’s in your heart.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Life is, in fact, a roller coaster—full of ups, downs, and everything in between. I’ve faced more than my share of challenges, from childhood trauma and addiction to financial struggles, mental and physical health issues, and even experiences with domestic and criminal violence. But it’s these very trials and tribulations that have shaped me into the person I am today. Every hardship has been a lesson, and those experiences make my successes all the more meaningful and rewarding.

What matters most to you? Why?
Living a worthwhile life and what that means to me is never taking this incredible experience for granted. The odds of simply being born are astronomical—something like 1 in 400 trillion. That alone is a reminder of what a gift it is to exist. And to not only exist but to be born in the United States—specifically in San Diego, California, one of the most beautiful places on our little rock hurtling through space—is an even greater privilege. With that perspective, I strive to make the most of every moment.
