Meet Brie Pugh

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brie Pugh.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Brie. So, let’s start at the beginning, and we can move on from there.
My journey to entrepreneurship began as a spiritual journey. I found myself in a dark place internally several years ago. I was unhappy in my career, felt a little lost in life, and lacked passion and purpose. I was completely out of balance physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I got to a point where I knew something needed to change immediately.

Around this time, I started reading a Law of Attraction book a friend had given to me long before. Even though these were concepts I had heard before, it felt like I was really learning it for the first time.

Understanding that the energy I put out attracted what I got back in my reality shifted everything for me! My perspective on life made a 180. I started tapping into my intuition more and allowed it to lead me. I became a sponge for all things relating to manifestation, mindset, spirituality, and holistic wellness. I felt this huge nudge towards helping others.

I knew that everything that I was going through internally was for a bigger purpose- I was meant to go through it so that I could learn from it and help others do the same.  I realized I was meant to be coaching. It made zero sense at the time logically, but my soul knew- nothing had ever felt so right.

Originally, I wanted to be a holistic health coach because that was where I was at in my journey- healing myself holistically.   I launched my business about a year later after getting laid off of my start-up job (thank you universe).

I experienced so much fear, doubt, and resistance. Putting myself out there online terrified me. The first few months were really focused on me working through my own limiting beliefs, honing in on my message, and stepping into my power. I finally caved to my resistance and allowed myself to shift beyond holistic health coaching because I realized it wasn’t truly the type of coaching I wanted to be doing. I had gone so deep on my own personal development and spiritual journey, that I was much more passionate about these other aspects.

Long story short- the focus of my business has shifted and evolved as I’ve continued to evolve. I think it took me being in the entrepreneurship space for a bit to start to understand it and FEEL the rollercoaster of emotions, experience the mindset work necessary to succeed, and the new types of stressors associated with running your own business.

I’m now a mindset and success coach for purpose-driven entrepreneurs. I help them to elevate to their highest potential and manifest with their souls by getting clear on their vision, shifting emotional and mental blocks, and understanding spiritual principles. I feel more empowered than I ever have before helping all sorts of entrepreneurs to make massive shifts within themselves and get amazing results in their lives and business in return.

Has it been a smooth road?
Heck no! No one can prepare you for what to expect with entrepreneurship. When you decide to start a business, all your fears, doubts, and false beliefs come up straight to the surface and smack you in the face. You are forced to look at your baggage.

I learned very quickly that if you want to create a business and lifestyle that you’ve never had before, you have to become a new person to do it. You must constantly be tapping into the higher, future version of yourself, and act from that place. Transformation is inevitable. But how you experience the transformation is up to you- it can be as painful or as exciting as you’d like. It’s been both for me. Learning to trust myself and surrender to the process has been one of the biggest things.

Once I was able to let go of control a bit, things got easier. I’ve developed new belief systems and fully trust that everything is always happening for my highest good. I know that if I continue to focus on what I want, and manage my own energetic state, I will attract everything into my life that I desire. Best part is- everything that I’ve gone through/am going through is exactly what I get to teach my clients. Everyone and every situation is a mirror.

We’d love to hear more about what you do.
I do mindset and success coaching for entrepreneurs- men and women alike. I like to think of myself as a spiritual success coach.

I help people get to that next level- whatever that is for them, by diving deep internally. I take them through my method for gaining clarity, looking at their beliefs, learning to manage their energetic state, taking soul-aligned action, and getting into flow with the universe.

The journey to success is an 80% internal game. You can have all the strategies in the world and take all the external action you want- but if you don’t have a clear vision and belief behind it, you will continue to struggle. You may end up successful, but completely unfulfilled and exhausted.

What sets me apart is that I’m teaching my clients to live their lives and run their businesses with their souls- allowing their own infinite intelligence to guide them. This means learning to release control, to stop comparing and competing, and to just focus on their higher purpose.

When you know your WHY, and you’re following your intuitive nudges, and trusting that there is a higher power that is helping you to co-create your reality and bring you everything you desire- I do not believe you can fail. In fact, things get easier. Every experience becomes an opportunity for growth. You can let go of the struggle.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I live in Los Angeles and enjoy it very much, but really, I just have such a love for Southern California. I try to make it down to San Diego as often as I can because the energy is just so different there- it puts me at ease, and I can breathe.

The beaches are beautiful, and I always feel surrounded by nature. Also- the tacos. I have visions of eventually moving down to Encinitas, and I know what I put into my mind, I can create for myself.
