Meet Brittany Loeser of Be Elevated

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Loeser.

Brittany, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started off in the health and fitness industry straight out of high school. I never had a super conventional mindset, so I had no problem jumping into entrepreneurship head first. I went to junior college for about a year, but after a bad accident I was in that left me immobile in 2016, I dropped out and went full force with my business ventures. I entered into a partnership and we had a few extremely successful months, and then business totally plummeted. We weren’t treating it like a business, and our outcome was a result of that as we went our separate ways.

I ended up working four jobs that summer just to pay my bills and keep things afloat, all while cultivating my current company, Be Elevated. I actually launched Be Elevated in 2018 still in the health/fitness industry, but by the end of the year quickly realized I wasn’t in the right place. I knew I wanted to run a business, but I wasn’t sure what that looked like anymore. So I started asking the people around me, “What do you think I’m good at? What do you think of when you think of me?” and EVERYONE came back with the same answers! They said I’m organized, detail-oriented, Type A, encouraging, great at helping people set and reach goals, etc. So I thought, okay, these are all true things. With that in mind, how do I want to help people? What’s needed in the world? And I landed on Online Business Management!

I began making the transition into this new industry in January of 2019, but just one short month later, my dad (who was also an entrepreneur) died unexpectedly. I made the best decision I could at the time and chose to put my business on hold. The morning after he died, I was at his office informing his employees of the news and taking on a role I never imagined I’d be in. I ran his company until we were able to get through the busy season and then sell the assets. I learned so much about leadership and the importance of creating a business that’s able to run without you there. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but I can also say that I don’t think I would be who I am now, or WHERE I am now, had I not gone through it.

So in August of 2019, I found myself one month away from leaving my hometown of Houston to come to San Diego – there was only one issue. We had sold my dad’s business assets, and now I had no clients and no income. To say I was anxious is an understatement. I made the decision to invest in a mentor, and every day I’m thankful that I did! Within our first week working together, I signed two clients. Within four months, I booked out my business. I now have four team members and not only do I get the privilege of working with my OBM clients, but I now also get to mentor other OBMs to create their own dream business. Every day I wake up so thankful for what I’m able to do with this business.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Nothing about my journey has been smooth. Over the five years I’ve been in the online entrepreneurial space, it’s been constant ups, downs, challenges, questioning myself, excitement, failing, learning, trying again, and the list goes on. Not to mention everything that happened last year with my dad. There will be struggles in anything and everything we do. It’s so important to just get back up and keep learning, adapt, and try again. The most successful people just failed A LOT more than you but chose to try again.

Be Elevated – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I’m an Online Business Manager specializing in creating flawless strategy + systems for overwhelmed visionaries so that they can ditch the stress and scale their empire with ease. My team and I come in, dissect out client’s current business model and identify the processes and automation that are more efficient so that they can work less, but still have the confidence that their business is running the way they want it to… and then we implement all of it!! Our goal is to get them working on the things that move the needle forward in their business, without working their life away. They need someone to organize and keep track of all the moving pieces in your growing business, and that’s what we do best. We don’t just take tasks as our clients hand them off – we take the wheel and help steer the entire ship.

My clients need someone bold enough to tell them when things aren’t working. After five years in the online entrepreneurial space, I know what works. I tell my clients what they NEED to hear, not just what they want to hear – because I am equally as invested in their success as they are. They’re more than a client to us; they’re a partner.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I used to think success revolved around numbers – clients, income, things. Now I know that success is loving what you do, showing up EXCITED to serve every single day, and making it more about the people you’re connecting with and serving (even if they never give you a penny) than about the numbers.
