So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
In my journey, as many people do, I did follow the society rules for many years. I did what I supposed to do; finished the university, got a job, was burnt out and was lost in my life…
In 2015, I decided to change personally and professionally where I can be inspired as well as inspiring others. I went through several self-improvement trainings and then became a Professional and Motivational Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner. I found my way and quit my corporate job in Turkey. Three months later, moved to California without knowing anyone, the language and having a job. I was so blind with my dreams and creating the life I wanted.
Today, I am the owner of Joyy! Marketing and Coaching, an International Speaker, an ICF Certified NLP Master Practitioner, and a host of Coffee o’clock Instagram Live Show.
I have worked with many entrepreneurs by helping them to build their brand image online over the course of five years. I have also helped individuals to become happier and more successful in their personal and professional lives.
My ultimate goal is to help entrepreneurs and individuals gain confidence in their personal and professional life to create the life they want and most importantly find their joy again!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It wasn’t a smooth road at all! 😀 My very first struggle was the language barrier as English is my second language. Because I wanted to create my business as well as my dream life internationally and it required me to learn a new brand language, English. The struggles continue with learning a new culture, getting used to a new environment since I moved to California for about five years ago. Then, the common entrepreneurship struggles were followed by my road.

At JOYY, we help entrepreneurs or who want to be an entrepreneur, who are passionate about what they do and are ready to make a change in their personal or professional lives.
In coaching, we help people to find their joy and life purpose for them to be happier and healthier, as well as helping them to reduce their stress, be more confident, make clear decisions, and mostly help them to find their power to follow their dreams!
In marketing, we help them to create unique marketing strategies to reach their own goals including; marketing coaching, social media management, website development consulting, brand management, creating email campaigns.
I am a Motivational Speaker who has a passion for public speaking where I share my message with the world!
What I’m most proud about my business is JOYY is a social norm breaker, we focus on people, we help you to finally BE YOU and LIVE the life you deserve.
I always say this “Know your desire, value yourself and life will do the same for you.”
My story around leaving my comfort zone and creating the life I dreamt sets me apart from others.

First and the most is my family who always believes in what I do. I’ve had amazing friends who are like my family. And, I’ve had coaches and mentors as well. In general, they all played a role in my personal growth and emotional strength. When I got close to give up, I’ve always had someone to lift me up! And this is the most important thing ever in my journey. I’m beyond grateful for my community.

- Speaking Gig – $397 per hour
- Social Media Management – $597 per month (posting and managing the content 5 times a week for 3 social media platforms)
