Courtney , can you walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I fell into the wedding industry by chance. I have always enjoyed working numerous and interesting jobs and I meet a friend in college that had a neighbor that needed help with her company. She as a wedding coordinator and needed a ‘day-of’ to help her out. I started just doing weddings on the side (2-3 a month while working other jobs and going to college) Years later the girl I started under moved out of state and closed her company, so I took the chance and started Breezy Day! That was over 10 years ago! We are a tiny sister team (I coordinate and my sister provides floral design) and we are blessed to help 100’s of happy couples a year. : )
Please tell us more about your brand, Breezy Day Weddings
My provide coordination services for happy couples in sunny San Diego! I am unique where I don’t have different packages and treat all my couples the same with assistance any point in the planning process. I am a helping hand and resource to my couples at all times. My sister is a floral designer and works with all budgets to help create the perfect floral and design for each couple : )

I absolutely L-O-V-E Katherine!!! Her personality is warm and bubbly, she is always smiling and makes her clients (and vendors too!) feel like a friend the moment she meets them! She is responsive prior to the wedding through email and text and gives great advice to the couple on the best timeline for their wedding day needs. She is honestly the BEST photographer I have ever worked with when giving direction to the client on how to stand, hold themself for the most attractive photo. She is always laughing and it truly makes the client laugh and smile naturally to get a beautiful photo! She generally cares about her clients and all guests at a wedding – she goes above and beyond when working to get the best photos for her clients. I honestly have nothing but raving notes on Katherine Beth – she is hands down my favorite photographer to work with!!!
