Hi Eric, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Started working in Real Estate and Mortgages back in 2000. I started at an office in Downtown Chula Vista. I worked for a unique model that trained us on not only selling Real Estate but offering financing to our clients as well. This gave us the edge needed to allow our clients a seamless experience. After a few years in the business I was recruited by a high-end Boutique Real Estate Co. in Bankershill called Bankershill Properties where I was mentored by some of the best local agents in the business. 2005 I founded my current company Finest City Homes & Loans. Our brand is known for a great reputation of integrity and experience. We now host some of the best Real Estate Agents and lenders in our current market. We all strive to deliver the best Real Estate experience for our clients.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
After over 24 years in the business I have pivoted with market changes. I have survived and thrived in a few different market changes. The crash of 2008 was the most drastic being in both Real Estate and lending. During that time I partnered with a few business associates and ran a mortgage company. We grew quickly from a few lenders to 150 within a few years. However, I realized I needed to be true to my ethics and ways of doing business I parted ways. In 2010 I rebuilt my business from scratch. Producing on my own. To now running a brokerage with over 70 team members consistening of Real Estate Agents, Lenders and Admin support.

Established in 2005. We offer both Real Estate and Loan Services to our clients. We work with all kinds of buyers and sellers in all price ranges. Being established now for over 24 years in the business. We have grown with our clients. Many of our clients have purchased several homes from our organization including investment properties. We handle everything Real Estate from primary residences, investment properties, commercial properties. We offer all types of financing.
