Erika and Shane, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Our family has been in the pet industry for three generations–Shane’s Grandfather owned his own pet store that his Father managed when he was younger and stayed in the pet supply industry until retirement. Naturally, working in a pet warehouse was Shane’s first job. It was always our dream to own our own business, and the pet industry is something we were both passionate about!
Our company started online as an E-Commerce store, fulfilling orders and managing inventory out of the garage. While on a walk with our dogs, we saw our current store was available for rent and we knew we had to take a chance. A few months later, we launched our brick & mortar and our amazing community showed us such great reception from the beginning. Exactly 1 year later and we’ve been able to grow our inventory tremendously and will continue to grow to provide the healthiest food options and high-quality products!

Shore Thing Pet Supply is a dog & cat supply store that offers healthy, high-quality foods that you can feel good about feeding to your pets. We offer a variety of frozen raw diets, freeze-dried raw, dehydrated meals, wet and dry food options. We’ve hand-selected every product that we sell so we can guarantee your pets are getting the best and freshest when it comes to pet nutrition.
From toys, treats, leashes, and everything in-between, we’ve partnered with manufacturers that we love and believe in.
Along with products you can trust, we want to provide our customers with convenience. We offer free local delivery every day between our regular hours 8 am and 8 pm. Being a block from the beach, we also offer a self-wash dog wash for $15 which includes shampoos, towels, grooming brushes, a blow dryer, and your 10th wash is free.
