Meet Falon Greer of Falon Greer Wellness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Falon Greer.

Hi Falon, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Life growing up was unstable at best. I was raised by a single mom who did her best, but by the time I turned 18, I’d lived in 17 different places, and by age 31, that number had grown to 30, including hotels and trailers. My childhood held a mix of violence, alcoholism, love, laughter, and everything in between. I experienced a variety of traumas, both the big “T” and the little “t” kind. By my 20s, I was deeply entrenched in the hustle—pouring myself into work to prove I could make it, and chasing fun on the side.
In 2013, I reached a crossroads. I was living in Chicago and finally leaving a volatile, gaslighting relationship after seven years. I knew it was time to move on – not just from the relationship, but from the city itself. I couldn’t yet see what was ahead, but I felt the pull of a new chapter beginning. On a whim, or perhaps guided by something unseen, I visited a psychic medium. She told me I was a healer and needed to begin learning the craft. She also said I would move to the Southwest. I had no idea what it meant to be a healer at the time, but her words stirred something ancient and familiar in my soul. Eventually, I did move west, and that decision felt like aligning with destiny.
Though the seed was planted in 2013, it wasn’t until 2019 (yes, I procrastinated!) that I felt ready to water it. I started searching “what is a healer?” and I discovered Reiki. I signed up for a one-day Reiki Level 1 class, hoping it would be the doorway to something magical. Instead, it left me ungrounded and bewildered. I left more confused than when I went in. But my spirit wouldn’t let me walk away. I kept searching and was divinely guided to Joy Giovanni, a gifted spiritual mentor who helped me begin to understand the sacred currents I was tapping into.
Along the same time, I met a magical man and entered into a healing relationship with him. I was ready to shed my old ways and step into who I truly am. I started doing my “work” – going to therapy, reading, learning, meditating, taking personal development classes, anything I could to heal.
Through Joy’s mentorship, I stepped into a deeper apprenticeship with Spirit. Her programs weren’t just about Reiki – they were portals into a world of spiritual tools and energetic mastery. I studied color healing, numerology, sacred symbols, chakra balancing, and how to connect with guides and ascended masters. I learned to lead meditations, set energetic boundaries, and co-create with the Universe. These teachings gave me structure, language, and trust in my intuitive gifts. Reiki, in particular, has become one of my most treasured offerings. It’s pure divine light – gentle, yet potent, like love itself.
I’ve seen Reiki work miracles. One night, my mother, who lives across the country, was experiencing a painful bowel blockage and couldn’t get out of bed. She texted me, asking for Reiki. I sent it remotely, and within moments, her pain eased enough for her to get up and drive herself to the hospital. Another time, I worked on my cousin’s herniated disc that gave him constant pain. After the session, he looked stunned and kept saying, “I feel nothing.” For the first time in ages, he was pain-free.
Around the same time, I was reclaiming my energetic gifts, I returned to something else that had quietly been calling me: Pilates. I first discovered it in 2014 and enjoyed it, but like many people, I drifted through other forms of fitness without much consistency. I felt disconnected from my body and frustrated with how I looked and moved. Then, while visiting a friend in Park City, I was struck by the vitality of the people there. They were so active and seemed to glow with health. It awakened something in me and I remembered that Pilates was the only movement practice I had ever truly enjoyed. So I recommitted, going five days a week. My body transformed – leaner, yes, but also more aligned, more powerful. I could do things like wear wedges on gravel. I was grounded in a new way.
That’s when I knew I needed to become a teacher. Pilates isn’t just about fitness – it’s a language of presence and a deep connection to our body, our home. We experience life through our bodies. The better our bodies work and feel, the more delicious our life experiences will be. I wanted others to experience that freedom and joy.
The final piece of my work came through the teachings of Louise Hay. I had been learning about personal development and doing my “work” for some time and I discovered her little blue book “Heal Your Body.” It absolutely stunned me with its accuracy. I immediately began to incorporate her work in my life, but it wasn’t until I was at a Hay House “I Can Do It” conference that things truly clicked. I paused at a booth with Louise’s photo to express gratitude and reverence for her work. A woman working the booth invited me to pick an affirmation card. Mine read, “I now create a wonderful new job.” I wasn’t looking for a job, but I was working on my business. Then I learned that the booth was offering training in Louise’s methods. I had no idea that existed and knew it was for me. And it turned out that it was being held in San Diego that year, where I lived. These were strong cosmic nudges (or pushes!) that I couldn’t ignore.
The only issue was money. I couldn’t afford the training. So, I had a little chat with the Divine and said that it this was right for me, to “show me the money!” At the end of the conference, I was telling my mom all about it, including this story. She offered to pay for the training, but there was no way I could take her money. She’s on a fixed income. She said “no, Falon, you don’t understand. This was going to be your money anyway.” She had invested some money in AI stocks for me as a sort of inheritance, but it got to be stressful to keep up, so she closed the account. They mailed her a check in both our names, since that’s how the account was set up. She literally had a check for the exact amount I needed, plus five dollars, with my name on it. The Universe had spoken.
The training changed everything. I met my inner child. I faced my limiting beliefs. I stood in front of a mirror, unable to make eye contact without crying, and slowly, I learned to say “I love you” to myself. Louise’s work gave me the most precious thing of all: hope. I realized I didn’t have to inherit my family’s dis-eases. I could be the one who broke the cycle. And for the first time in my life, I was able to feel true gratitude for my own trials and tribulations in life. Because in my own therapeutic work, I’d been able to walk into my own dark and scary places and survived, I could now lead others into their dark and scary places without fear. As Louise says, “It’s only a thought, and a thought can be changed.” That truth has become one of the sacred cornerstones of my life.
What ties all of these modalities together is the quest for true wellness—mind, body, and spirit in harmony. To me, wellness begins in the invisible realm of thought, manifests in the physical body, and flows through the energy field. When we care for all three, we become whole. We remember who we are.
Ultimately, my mission is to help people, especially women, come home to themselves and stand empowered. Women are natural channels of intuition, collaboration, and compassion. When we gather in sisterhood, when we remember our worth and reclaim our power, the energy is undeniable. That is the revolution I want to be part of—the sacred rising of the divine feminine. There is nothing we can’t do when we’re embodied, empowered, and united.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There’s a saying that change is uncomfortable. I disagree. A rock in my shoe is uncomfortable. Being at the beach without sunglasses is uncomfortable. Deep, personal change is excruciatingly painful. Unwinding decades of learned behaviors is confusing and scary, like being a ship setting sail for a new world, in the dark and without a map, with nothing but the hope of finding something better. There were days that I didn’t know who I was, days that I truly worried for my well-being. But I keep going, telling myself that the only way out is through. I hold the vision of my higher self and keep the faith of a rich, authentic life.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Falon Greer Wellness?
Falon Greer Wellness is a sanctuary for self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. I help women reconnect with their intuition, release limiting beliefs, and step into their most authentic, radiant selves. Using a unique blend of modalities including Reiki, Pilates, Louise Hay–style coaching, Oracle readings, and guided meditations, I support clients on a deep journey of personal transformation.

What sets me apart is my holistic, heart-led approach. I don’t believe in quick fixes; I believe in real, embodied healing. My work is grounded not only in my professional training but also in my own lived experience with personal growth and transformation. I’ve walked this path myself, and I bring that depth and empathy into every offering.

Whether it’s through a private session, a workshop like Love-Led Revolution, or a jungle retreat in Costa Rica, everything I create is designed to nourish the whole self: mind, body, and spirit.

I’m most proud of the way my work helps women remember their worth, their power, and their magic. My brand is rooted in love, nature, and a little bit of mysticism, and everything I create is an invitation to come home to yourself.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
For me, success isn’t measured by money, titles, or accolades – it’s defined by how I feel inside. Do I wake up excited to greet the day? Am I living with joy, alignment, and purpose? Do I feel proud of how I show up for myself, my community, and the people I love? Am I offering my gifts in a way that feels meaningful and in service to others? Am I pouring from the overflow of my cup? Would my mom see my life and feel proud of the woman I’ve become?

If I can answer yes to these questions, then I know I’m living a very successful life.
