Today we’d like to introduce you to Fatimah Esfahanizadeh.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Fatimah. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
When I was 14 years old I fell down a flight of stairs and got a headache. When I was 16 I still had a headache. I ended up seeing a chiropractor and within 2 weeks my headache was totally gone and the rest is history.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Ha! So far from smooth. It has been up and down since the get-go but the highs are so high that it is worth it.
Struggles include trying to “adult” while running a business. Dealing with a gigantic student loan and also having the expenses of running a business at the same time. At the end of each day, I love what I do so much that it is totally worth it.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the D.R.E.A.M Wellness story. Tell us more about the business.
I have a studio in Del Mar, CA where I work predominately with a middle-aged entrepreneur or corporate working females who value their health. I specialize in something called corrective care, which is to take your health from where it is to wherever you want it to be and keep it there. Common conditions that I work well with are headaches, fibromyalgia, anxiety/depression, and stress.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I never really thought about it….. well I suppose I got lucky getting that headache when I was a teen because it is what led me to chiropractic. As far as bad luck? None that I can recall. Or maybe I am just being positive when I say that.
